• Doctors/Staff: When a clinic registers for our service, we collect account information including usernames and the associated doctor's details.

2. Information We Do Not Collect:

• We do not collect sensitive personal health information (PHI) beyond what is optionally provided in the "reason for visit" field, which is directly shared with the clinic.
• We do not process or store any credit card, debit card, or bank account information. All payments are handled by our third-party payment gateway, Razorpay.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• To Provide and Manage the Service: To create and manage your token booking, identify you in the clinic's queue, and manage your account.
• To Communicate With You: To send you essential notifications about your appointment status (e.g., confirmation, queue updates, cancellations, feedback requests) via WhatsApp.
• To Improve Our Service: To analyze feedback and usage data to understand what features are most helpful, identify areas for improvement, and enhance the user experience.
• To Comply with Legal Obligations: To meet legal and regulatory requirements.

Sharing Your Information

Your information is shared only in the following limited circumstances:

• With Doctors and Clinics: We share your booking information (Name, Phone Number) with the specific doctor's clinic you have booked an appointment with. This is necessary for them to manage their patient queue.
• With Service Providers: We use third-party services for essential functions, such as:
  • Meta (WhatsApp): To send you notifications. Your phone number is shared with Meta to facilitate message delivery.
  • Azure Translator: To translate content between English and Tamil.
• For Legal Reasons: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or a government agency).

We will never sell your personal information to third parties.
